Being a mom with 3 teenage kids (Elle, Estee, and Everett) inherently makes me busy.  I am also a wife, daughter, sister, friend, a fitness professional and a health coach. Personally, as an individual diagnosed with ADHD, I feel better when I eat clean and move my body. Keeping myself in balance allows me to prioritize responsibilities and accomplish goals.  Helping others become their best 'healthy self' gives me purpose❤️.
Fitness has brought me to both US coasts, the Caribbean, and Europe for premier hotels, athletic clubs, gyms, spas, private clubs, cruise lines, and boutique studios…Past employers include Washington Athletic Club, Exhale, Equinox, Flywheel, and Nike headquarters in Oregon.  I also have a B.A. in Biology from Boston University, and I am a Certified Health Coach through Integrative Nutrition.  Decades of training, multiple certifications, and thousands of hours teaching classes/training people has given me the experience needed to work with an unlimited client base. 

Experience has made me understand how to be more efficient with how to help people improve holistically through movement and nutrition. We'll take the 5 pillars of fitness-strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and coordination, and put them together based on your personal goals. We will also look at the other 23 hours of your day and check in with your eating, recovery, sleep, stress, work life, and how you are connecting (to people, animals, the earth🌎).
