Classes

The KOB Studio method combines Pilates, Barre, and Yoga movements designed to improve your muscular function and structure using precise, low-impact movements in various positions and directional planes to stretch and strengthen your body simultaneously. Most of the time, we will be working muscles in their lengthened state, using varied ranges of motion and varied speeds of movement. This method will create long, lean lines throughout your entire body. You will also feel less muscular tension and openness.

Full Body- a 45-minute non-stop session that targets every muscle group in your body. This class is offered 2-3 times per week live online and in my Bedford, NY studio. We will mainly use our own body weight vs. gravity for resistance. Additionally, we may add 1-2 lb weights, a circular resistance band, or a pilates ball.
