We will begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand what lifestyle changes and improvements work best for you. We'll talk about your current intake, pinpoint specific goals, and implement strategies to get you to your goals. In subsequent sessions, we will discuss biological and psychological factors, diet, and lifestyle choices that will improve your ability to achieve success at weight loss, muscular gains, stress management, sleep, and complete improvements in nutrition.
$145/session in person or online. A minimum of 5 sessions is recommended.
